Purpose: Under the guidance of the Bioinformatics Center of National Tsing Hua University, this professional course enhances "biomedical knowledge" and "counseling competency" through the "Gene Counseling Professional Certification" program, helping medical personnel, related practitioners, and students address counseling needs for applying genetic testing in precision medicine.
Under the guidance of the Bioinformatics Center of National Tsing Hua University, the Gene Counseling Professional Certification course aims to train medical professionals and personnel of precision medicine companies in the following professional topics: Post Genome Era AI/Big Data integration, applications of next-generation genetic testing platforms, maternal-fetal medicine testing, precision medicine, and gene counseling ethics. This course is required for online medical personnel, biotech company staff, and students.
Both online and on-site components must be completed.
